The North Carolina Museum of History is excited to announce that they are seeking an Objects Conservator to join our Collections team. The position will work with our Objects and Textile Conservators to examine, treat, and document our collection of over 150,000 objects ranging from the pre-Colombian era to the present day and in size from portrait miniatures and beads to planes, automobiles, and (small) buildings! During that time, the conservators will be working in new, temporary labs to examine, assess, and treat the objects that will be going into our new exhibits once the museum reopens.
